Neal Eichhorn

Founder & CEO

Neal is the proud owner of WindowEffects and the driving force behind everything we do. As our CEO, lead trainer, and lead installer, he brings 16 years of hands-on experience in the window film industry. Neal's true passion is serving people—whether that means helping customers find the perfect solution for their needs or mentoring his team to reach new levels of growth and success.

What sets Neal apart is more than his expertise—it's his heart for people. He's deeply committed to personal growth, the development of his team, and making a positive impact in the community he loves.

Outside the shop, Neal wears many hats. He's a professional bodybuilder, a dedicated husband to his wife Brienne, and a proud dad to Easton and Presley. You'll often find him coaching youth sports, spending time with family, or fueling his own growth by attending Tony Robbins workshops. Neal believes success is about more than just business—it's about building people up along the way.

Mike

CEO and Lead Installer, Myrtle Beach Location

Mike is the CEO and lead installer at our Myrtle Beach location, bringing eight years of hands-on experience in the window film industry. He's passionate about transforming cars, trucks, and homes with precision and care, and his customer service skills are as strong as his installations—which are second to none.

Known for his positive attitude, leadership, and ability to train others, Mike sets the standard for excellence both on the job and for the team.

When he's not behind the glass, you'll find Mike enjoying life at the beach, playing softball, or adding to his collection of tattoos. His energy, outlook on life, and love for what he does make him an invaluable part of the WindowEffects family.

Andrew

Lead Installer

Andrew is one of our lead installers and the shop manager here at WindowEffects. With certifications in Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction, he's built a reputation as a true leader in the automotive industry. His passion for vehicles shows in everything he does—whether it's flawless window film installation or making sure every car leaves the shop spotless.

What sets Andrew apart is his drive to constantly learn and grow. He leads by example, showing tremendous attention to detail, professionalism, and a team-first attitude that makes him the ultimate teammate. Customers and coworkers alike know they can count on Andrew to deliver excellence every time.

Outside the shop, you'll probably catch Andrew working on his pride and joy—his lowered, airbag-equipped pink Lexus. Just like his work, it's clean, unique, and unforgettable. Around here, we like to say Andrew isn't just part of the team—he raises the standard.

AJ

Installer

AJ is the definition of hard work and dedication. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and tremendous attitude make him an essential part of our team. Customers immediately notice the respect and care he brings to every job, along with his deep knowledge and genuine love for the art of window tinting. AJ shows up every day ready to deliver top-notch results—and he does it with pride.

Outside the shop, AJ is passionate about fitness and sports. He lifts weights and has a love for both football and lacrosse, which he played throughout his time at Willow Springs High School. He's currently attending Wake Tech, working toward a business degree, all while continuing to sharpen his skills in tinting.

And here's something you probably wouldn't know about AJ: he likes to ride with his seat all the way leaned back, blasting the AC on max, because in his words—"comfort is key." It's this unique mix of professionalism, personality, and drive that makes AJ such a valuable part of our team.

Vance

Video Editor

Vance is our go-to creative mind at Window Effects, bringing skill and precision to every video edit and film project. As a senior at Harnett Central High School, he's already proven himself to be a reliable storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a knack for producing high-quality content that makes our work shine.

When he's not behind the camera or in the editing room, you'll probably find Vance outdoors—fishing, riding four-wheelers with friends, or just chasing the next adventure. His mix of creativity, reliability, and youthful energy makes him an invaluable part of our team and the perfect guy to bring our vision (and yours) to.

Celeste

Administrator

Celeste is the sales woman and front desk representative at our tint shop, where she enjoys helping customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As a new member of the team, she is very excited to learn and grow with us. Growing up around the car industry, thanks to her brother and father's involvement, she has developed a strong appreciation for vehicles and automotive culture.

Celeste was raised in Fuquay/Angier, and she loves weightlifting, spending time with her loved ones, and visiting her parents in Florida.
